• Programming Phase; requirements and gathering of information

• Schematic Design Phase; concept, preliminary design, space planning and finish selection (Finish Selection includes flooring, wall treatments, paint colours, fabric selections, lighting selection, art selection, accessory selection, millwork design and selection)

• Design Development Phase; final plans, graphics and drawings (perspectives) are produced

• Contract Document Phase; everything required to build and install the design project must be finalized
• Contract Administration Phase; placing of orders for equipment and furniture are submitted, as well as the construction and installation of work
• Final Inspection; walk through with client
